2025 Michael David Symphony

These estate grown grapes are some of the first plantings of its varietal in the state. Symphony was developed by Dr. Harold Olmo of UC Davis in the 1940s, who crossed a Muscat de Alexandria with a Grenache Gris and came up with this new grape. Thus, Symphony is a true variety of California. Fun fact- Symphony is fermented each vintage in the very first wine tank that Mike Phillips ever owned!

Tasting Notes
This aromatic white wine opens with notes of lychee, ripe pear and white peach. Light in body, offering layered tropical fruit flavors accented by hints of honeycomb and bright citrus. A clean, fruit-driven finish lingers pleasantly, supported by refreshing acidity and a smooth texture.
