2024 Michael David Sparkling Wine

This Brut style sparkling is fermented using the traditional méthode champenoise; Sugar and yeast are added to still wine and then bottled with a cap enclosure, creating a "secondary fermentation" in the bottle. The yeast and sugar combination create carbon dioxide that remains in the bottle, creating a sparkling wine which we let age for several months. The cap is then replaced with a cork and wire enclosure, completing the process to create a high quality sparkling wine that we are proud to put our name on.

Tasting Notes
Luminous in the glass, our 2024 Michael David Sparkling Wine was produced with Chardonnay grapes from our Bare Ranch estate. This pale gold sparkling wine opens with a bright bouquet of green apple, juicy pear and honey with subtle notes of almond. The refreshing, elegant palate features flavors of white peach, fresh honeydew and nectarine layered by a crisp, revitalizing finish.
