The grounds boast an expansive lawn that is the perfect venue for your event and is surrounded by a stunning stonewall with grapevines peaking above. A wandering stream, waterfall, and botanical garden provide a gorgeous venue for your guests, as well as a spectacular setting for photographs. The adjoining pool and garden area provide a lovely background ambience while in the evening, the pool fountains erupt, providing a lovely finishing touch.

An Arts & Crafts (Craftsman) style home built in 1903 sits on the grounds provides a beautiful backdrop to your special event and is utilized by the Phillips Family for business and private use. Rancho del Oso was an operating winery until the early 1950’s and most of the original buildings remain on the property today.
