These estate grown grapes are some of the first plantings of its varietal in the state. Symphony was developed by Dr. Harold Olmo of UC Davis in the 1940s, who crossed a Muscat de Alexandria with a Grenache Gris and came up with this new grape. Thus, Symphony is a true variety of California. Fun fact- Symphony is fermented each vintage in the very first wine tank that Mike Phillips ever owned!

Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe apricot, summer melon and honeysuckle. Bright flavors of white peach, sweet pineapple and hints of citrus shine through. Symphony is sweet without being cloying, making it the perfect wine for spicy Asian inspired dishes, creamy cheeses or just summer time sipping!
